Users receive this error when Mercari thinks you are logging in from a different physical location than normal due to a change in your IP address. Please try the following steps to fix this issue.
- Turn off your VPN
- Turn off any virus or ad-blocking software or set it to only use local IP addresses
- If the above two things don't help, unplug your router/modem and wait five minutes before plugging it back in. This will force your internet provider to update your IP address.
