If you're receiving errors when listing, and refreshing your connection on the Account Connections page doesn't help, it's time to reestablish your connection.
- Close all tabs except tools.joinflyp.com and mercari.com
- Sign out of both websites
- Clear your all-time browsing history (tap the three dots on the top right of your browser, select Clear Browsing History, set the time rage for all time, select Clear Data) and restart your computer
- Log back in to tools.joinflyp.com and mercari.com
- Check the Account Connections page (under Settings) to ensure Mercari is connected
