Flyp makes it easy to create, import, and crosslist your listings across multiple marketplaces from one location.
Step 1: Add Your Listings to Flyp
There are several ways to get your listings into Flyp:
- Auto-Sync: Once you connect your marketplaces to Flyp, your listings will automatically import. Click to learn more about the Auto-Sync Feature.
- Manual Import: You can manually import your existing listings if needed. Here’s how: Manually Import Existing Listings to Crosslist

Step 2: Complete Your Marketplace Forms
Once your item is available in My Items, click on the item card to open the Universal Form.
Review each marketplace you are connected to. Each marketplace may require different information that was not included in your original listing.
AI Auto-fill Makes Listing Faster (Excluding Vinted, coming soon)
For new imports and for items you’ve created in Flyp, Flyp's AI Auto-fill will automatically complete your missing fields across all marketplace forms, helping reduce the time it takes to crosslist your items. You only need to review, edit (if needed) and list.
To make listing easier we also offer:
- Field Counters: Shows how many fields remain before your listing is ready to publish while creating a Flyp item, if any.
- Required Field Indicators: We highlight any information that still needs your attention.
These features help you quickly identify what needs to be completed before listing.
Step 3: List to Multiple Marketplaces
Once your marketplace forms are complete:
- Save any edits for your marketplace forms.
- When more than one marketplace form is ready, the blue List All Ready Forms button will appear below your marketplaces on the left.
- Click the button to publish your listings to your connected marketplaces at the same time.
Manage Your Listings in One Place
After your listings are crosslisted through Flyp, you can:
- Bulk delist and relist items.
- Mark items as sold to remove them from other marketplaces.
- Update prices and manage your listings from one location.
