If you’ve ever forgotten to remove a sold item from your other marketplaces, you know how stressful it can be, especially when you get a second sale for something that’s already gone. That’s exactly why we built the Auto Delist feature.
With Auto Delist, Flyp automatically removes your sold listings from all connected marketplaces when your orders refresh. Orders refresh and items are automatically marked as sold anytime you move between tabs or refresh the page. Once an item sells, Flyp’s Crosslister updates your listings to prevent double sales and keep your inventory perfectly in sync.
Here’s how it works:
When an item you’ve crosslisted through Flyp sells, the Crosslister marks it as sold when you log in and are active in your Flyp account.
It then delists that item from your other marketplaces where it didn’t sell.
Finally, it sends most sale details, including the sale price, shipping cost, marketplace fees, and cost of goods, directly into your Analytics. Any sales data that can’t be automatically pulled in can be added using the orange banner for missing sales data on the Analytics page.
This means less manual work, fewer mistakes, and more time to focus on what matters most, growing your business.
