Users may receive a 'token expired' error when their connection has been timed out by eBay. eBay provides a security 'token' to 3rd party software and when this expires you'll need to reset your secure connection. To do that...
- Open Reseller Tools and ebay.com in your browser and log out of both.
- Log in to Reseller Tools and ebay.com again.
- Next, disconnect and reconnect your eBay account on the 'Account connections' page on Flyp. You can find your Account Connections under your Settings menu.
